Immunofluorescent staining of mouse splenocytes with Lag3 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone C9B7W (Cat # RAB03620).
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed mouse splenocytes immobilized on Shi-fix™ coverslips and stained with the chimeric r version of RAB03620 at 10 ug/mL for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). The isotype control was stained with anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

A 4-fold serial dilution from 5-000 ??? ng/mL was performed using RAB03620. For signal detection a 1:4000 dilution of HRP-lnti-ribody antibody was used.
