Product Description
Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against Chondroitin-4-Sulfate.
Immunogen
Native purified from mouse proteoglycan.
Host
Mouse
Reactivity
Bovine, Dog, Human, Mouse, Rat, Sheep
Specificity
Reacts with both mouse (fetal and adult) and human (fetal and adult) chondroitinase ABC digested cartilage proteoglycans. There is no reaction with native proteoglycans or with proteoglycans digested with either chondroitinase AC or testicular hyaluronidase. Chondroitin-4 sulfate disaccharides successfully inhibit the binding of monoclonal antibody to proteoglycans. Cross-reactivity with mouse, human, bovine, sheep, dog and rat.
Form
Liquid
Isotype
IgG1, kappa
