The standard curve is for the purpose of illustration only and should not be used to calculate unknowns. A standard curve should be generated each time the assay is performed.

Storage Instruction

Store kit components at 2-8°C for 12 months from the production date. After reconstitution, store AAV9 standard at 2-8°C for 2 weeks; for long-term storage, store at -20°C or lower.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
