Applications
Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of ABCA1 induction by cholesterol (+) in human fibroblasts from different patients (Lane 1, 2, 3, 4) with ABCA1 monoclonal antibody, clone AB1.G6 (Cat # MAB8291). Stimultaneous blotting with anti-actin antibody used for protein loading control.Immunohistochemistry
Immunoreactivity of ABCA1 in adipose (A) and pancreas (B) tissue for ABCA1 protein.
A. Strong immunopositivity of excrine glandular cells of the pancreas, especially in the basal region (arrows). Interstitial microvascular cells are apparently negative. Cells within the islet were weakly postive (data not shown).
B. The negative control for Panel A.
Original magnification 300 fold; hematoxylin counterstain.Immunoprecipitation
Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay
