Applications
Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
Western Blot analysis of KITLG expression in transfected 293T cell line (H00004254-T01) by KITLG MaxPab polyclonal antibody.
Lane 1: KITLG transfected lysate(27.90 KDa).
Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate.
In situ Proximity Ligation Assay (Cell)
Proximity Ligation Analysis of protein-protein interactions between KITLG and FLT3LG. HeLa cells were stained with anti-KITLG rabbit purified polyclonal 1:1200 and anti-FLT3LG mouse monoclonal antibody 1:50. Each red dot represents the detection of protein-protein interaction complex, and nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). -

HyperlinkGene Summary
This gene encodes the ligand of the tyrosine-kinase receptor encoded by the KIT locus. This ligand is a pleiotropic factor that acts in utero in germ cell and neural cell development, and hematopoiesis, all believed to reflect a role in cell migration. In adults, it functions pleiotropically, while mostly noted for its continued requirement in hematopoiesis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
