Applications
Western Blot
Western blot analysis of HL-60 whole cell lysate, Hela whole cell lysate, Mouse kidney tissue with OS9 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone 26H3 (Cat # RAB07586).Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human pancreatic tissue using OS9 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone 26H3 (Cat # RAB07586) on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay

HyperlinkGene Summary
This gene encodes a protein that is highly expressed in osteosarcomas. This protein binds to the hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1), a key regulator of the hypoxic response and angiogenesis, and promotes the degradation of one of its subunits. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. [provided by RefSeq
