Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes with Il9 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone D9302C12 (Cat # RAB03598).
Mouse splenocytes were stimulated with PMA and Ionomycin in presence of Monensin for 4 hours. The cells fixed using 2% PFA and permeabilized with 0.5% Triton and stained with anti-Fluorescein IgG antibody (isotype control-black line) or the r version of RAB03598 (blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-mouse IgG AlexaFluor® 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
