Storage Buffer
Protein (1 mg/mL) was lyophilized after dialysis against a solution containing 0.34 mg sodium phosphate buffer (0.02 mg sodium phosphate monobasic, 0.32 mg sodium phosphate dibasic). Reconstitute the lyophilized powder in ddH2O to 100 ug/mL.
Storage Instruction
Lyophilized protein at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored at -20°C. Protein aliquots at 4°C for 2-7 days and should be stored at -20°C to -80°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. -
