Fresh heparinized blood from a healthy adult pig was stained with Monocyte/Granulocyte monoclonal antibody, clone 74-22-15 (FITC). Red blood cells were lyzed with ammonium chloride and the cells were then fixed in 1% paraformaldehyde. Granulocytes were gated and analyzed on a FACScan™ flow cytometer (BDIS, San Jose, CA). -
