Applications
Western Blot
Immunoprecipitation
Western blot analysis of Jup immunoprecipitated from lysates prepared from A-431 cells treated with pervanadate. The immunoprecipitation was performed using mouse Jup monoclonal antibody. The blots were probed with Jup monoclonal antibody, clone M111 (Cat # MAB1383). The immunoprecipitated Jup was untreated (lane 1) or treated with alkaline phosphatase (lane 2) then probed with the antibodies.Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay
