Applications
Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of K562 (A), Hela (B) whole cell lysates with NRF2 (Phospho S40) recombinant monoclonal antibody (Cat # RAB02450).Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Immunohistochemical analysis of human tonsil formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section using NRF2 (Phospho S40) recombinant monoclonal antibody (Cat # RAB02450). The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.116). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX. -

HyperlinkGene Summary
NFE2 (MIM 601490), NFE2L1 (MIM 163260), and NFE2L2 comprise a family of human genes encoding basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factors. They share highly conserved regions that are distinct from other bZIP families, such as JUN (MIM 165160) and FOS (MIM 164810), although remaining regions have diverged considerably from each other (Chan et al., 1995 [PubMed 7868116]).[supplied by OMIM
