Western blot analysis of human lymph node tissue with CXCR1 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone SE2 (Cat # RAB03594).
Western Blot analysis the human lymph node tissue lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric r version of RAB03594 at 0.1 ug/mL before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.Immunohistochemistry

Immunofluorescent staining of human peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) with CXCR1 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone SE2 (Cat # RAB03594).
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed human PBL cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the chimeric r version of RAB03594 at 10 ug/mL for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood monocytes (PBM) with CXCR1 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone SE2 (Cat # RAB03594).
Paraformaldehyde fixed human PBMCs cells were stained with anti-unknown specificity antibody (isotype control-black line) or the r version of RAB03594 (blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-r AlexaFluor® 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer. -

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family. This protein is a receptor for interleukin 8 (IL8). It binds to IL8 with high affinity, and transduces the signal through a G-protein activated second messenger system. Knockout studies in mice suggested that this protein inhibits embryonic oligodendrocyte precursor migration in developing spinal cord.
