The dsRNA Marker consists of ten double-stranded RNAs, 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 and 1,000 base pairs. The dsRNA Marker is an ideal size marker for determinating sizes of double-stranded RNAs. A twenty bp of RNA band including in the dsRNA Marker is adjusted to approximately 25 ng/ul in concentration. The dsRNA Marker is manufactured for non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The dsRNA Marker can be visualized by UV light after ethidium bromide staining.

The RNA Marker High consists of nine single-stranded RNAs, 200, 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 and 8,000 bases, which are synthesized by in vitro transcription. The RNA Marker High is suitable for determinating size of single-stranded RNAs in denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis. The concentration of each RNA (200-8,000 base) in the marker is approximately 0.1 ug/ul. It is useful for estimating of RNA amount. The RNA Marker High can be visualized by UV light after ethidium bromide staining or exposure to film with end labeling.

This product is manufactured for easy measurement of RNA size on agarose gel electrophoresis. With this product, electrophoresis is possible on non-denaturing agarose gel as well as on denaturing agarose gel. To use this product, just mix RNA loading buffer AG with formaldehyde solution (not included in this product), and added the mixture to RNA Marker High Easy or RNA sample, then heat to load into wells of agarose gel. The RNA loading buffer AG+ is a gel loading buffer prepared not only for denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis but also for non-contained denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis. The RNA Marker High Easy contains nine single-stranded RNAs, 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 and 8,000 bases. Each RNA is 0.1 ug/uL approximately. It is useful for estimating RNA amount approximately. After electrophoresis, RNA bands on agarose gel can be visualized by UV light without further ethidium bromide staining.

The RNA Marker Low consists of seven single-stranded RNAs. The 20-base and 50-base RNA are synthesized by chemically (not phosphorylated). The 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 bases are synthesized by in vitro transcription. The RNA Marker Low is suitable for determinating size of single-stranded RNAs in denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The concentration of each RNA (20-500 base) in the marker is approximately 0.1 ug/ul. It is useful for estimating of RNA amount. The RNA Marker Low can be visualized by ethidium bromide staining.
