ELISA analysis of Tnfsf9 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone TKS-1 (Cat # RAB03051) on Tnfsf9-Fc fusion protein.
Binding curves of the r chimeric version of RAB03051 (red line) and isotype control (3.0- anti-Fluorescein; blue line) to an ELISA plate coated with mouse 4-1BBL Fc-fusion protein (Pr00129-1.28) at a concentration of 5 ug/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 10-000 to 0.17 ng/ml was performed using 24-546. For signal detection- a 1:4000 dilution of HRP-fused anti-rantibody was used.
