Applications
Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of NPR3 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3331) in HL-60 cell lysate. NPR3 (arrow) was detected using purified polyclonal antibody. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with NPR3 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3331) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma.Immunofluorescence

HyperlinkGene Summary
The family of natriuretic peptides (see MIM 108780) elicit a number of vascular, renal, and endocrine effects that are important in the maintenance of blood pressure and extracellular fluid volume. These effects are mediated by specific binding of the peptides to cell surface receptors in the vasculature, kidney, adrenal, and brain.[supplied by OMIM
