IgG1, kappa
Recommend Usage:
ELISA (0.01-0.1 ug/mL (Direct/Indirect)) Sandwich ELISA The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage Buffer:
Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4 (0.02% sodium azide).
Storage Instruction:
Store at -20°C on dry atmospher. The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. After reconstitution with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8°C or for up to 12 months at -20°C or below. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Note:
This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
ELISA binding of Anti-Infliximab monoclonal antibody, clone 27A4 (Cat # MAB23110) with Infliximab. Coating antigen: Infliximab, 1 ug/mL. Anti-Infliximab monoclonal antibody, clone 27A4 dilution start from 1000 ng/mL. EC50= 16.17 ng/mL. While the antibody does not recognize the human IgG (data not shown).
Sandwich ELISA
The Sandwich ELISA assay is developed by using Anti-Infliximab monoclonal antibody, clone 27A4 (Cat # MAB23110) and Anti-Infliximab monoclonal antibody, clone 23H5 (Cat # MAB23111) as the capture and detection antibodies, respectively. In this ELISA assay, Anti-Infliximab monoclonal antibody, clone 23H5 was labeled with Biotin. The sensitivity of detecting Infliximab is up to 0.195 ng/mL.
This gene encodes a multifunctional proinflammatory cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily. This cytokine is mainly secreted by macrophages. It can bind to, and thus functions through its receptors TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 and TNFRSF1B/TNFBR. This cytokine is involved in the regulation of a wide spectrum of biological processes including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, lipid metabolism, and coagulation. This cytokine has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including autoimmune diseases, insulin resistance, and cancer. Knockout studies in mice also suggested the neuroprotective function of this cytokine. [provided by RefSeq
