Applications
Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
Western blot analysis of rat spleen tissue lysate.Immunocytochemistry
Immunofluorescence
Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells. The cell was stained with TNFSF13B monoclonal antibody, clone H4-C7 (1:100). The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue).Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay
Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometry analysis of PBMCs cell line, staining at 2-5 ug for 1x106cells (red line). The secondary antibody used goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa fluor 488 conjugate. Isotype control antibody was mouse IgG (black line). -

HyperlinkGene Summary
The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for receptors TNFRSF13B/TACI, TNFRSF17/BCMA, and TNFRSF13C/BAFFR. This cytokine is expressed in B cell lineage cells, and acts as a potent B cell activator. It has been also shown to play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells. [provided by RefSeq
