Applications
Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of Hela whole cell lysate, HepG2 whole cell lysate with LIG1 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone 7B2 (Cat # RAB07463).Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer using LIG1 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone 7B2 (Cat # RAB07463) on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay

HyperlinkGene Summary
LIG1 encodes DNA ligase I, with functions in DNA replication and the base excision repair process. Mutations in LIG1 that lead to DNA ligase I deficiency result in immunodeficiency and increased sensitivity to DNA-damaging agents. [provided by RefSeq
