Immunofluorescence
Immunofluorescenct staining of mouse splenocytes with Tnfrsf18 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone YGITR765 (Cat # RAB03486).
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde mouse splenocytes fixed on Shi-fix™ coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric r version of RAB03486 at 10 ug/mL for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/mL), showing membrane staining in a subset of cells. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

Flow cytometric analysis of mouse activated T cells with Tnfrsf18 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone YGITR765 (Cat # RAB03486).
Mouse activated T cells were stained with an isotype control (Orange) or the chimeric r version of RAB03486 at a concentration of 1 ug/mL for 30 mins at RT without (Blue) and with (Grey) stimulation of the lymphocytes with immobilized anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies. After washing the bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-ribody antibody and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
