Applications
Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of CHOK1 (A), Ramos (B) whole cell lysates with RPS6KA3 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Cat # RAB02608).Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Immunohistochemical analysis of human lung cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section using RPS6KA3 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Cat # RAB02608). The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.98). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.Immunoprecipitation

Gene Ontology
HyperlinkGene Summary
This gene encodes a member of the RSK (ribosomal S6 kinase) family of serine/threonine kinases. This kinase contains 2 non-identical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates various substrates, including members of the mitogen-activated kinase (MAPK) signalling pathway. The activity of this protein has been implicated in controlling cell growth and differentiation. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Coffin-Lowry syndrome (CLS). [provided by RefSeq
