Immunoprecipitation
The 4 mg protein of whole tissue lysates derived from human brain were immunoprecipitated by 4 ug of NRP1 (phospho T916) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12639) o/n at 4°C, and probed by the same antibody at 1 : 1000. An immunoreactive band at ~ 130kDa was observed.

Dot Blot : 1 ug peptide was blot onto NC membrane.
A : NRP1 (Phospho-specific peptide at pT916).
B : NRP1 (Non-phospho phosphopeptide).
C : Non-related phospho-specific phophopeptide.
Followed were blotted at a 1 : 1000 dilution by :
1. NRP1 (phospho T916) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12639).
