Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
Western blotting total cellular protein from cultured rat aortic smooth muscle cells was preparedand analyze. The protein was probed with 5 ug/mL of pre-immune serum (Lane 1) and 5 ug of SSeCKS polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB10358, lane 2). The blot was then washedand probed with monoclonal anti-sheep IgG coupled to HRP 1:10,000, and detected with luminol.
