Applications
Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of 293T , HeLa and Jurkat cell lysates (each 50 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with PIN1 monoclonal antibody , clone 3G8 (1 : 500) (Cat # MAB1080). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay
Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometry analysis of Jurkat cells, staining at 2-5ug for 1x106cells (red line). The secondary antibody used goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa fluor 488 conjugate. Isotype control antibody was mouse IgG (black line). -

HyperlinkGene Summary
The human PIN1 gene encodes an essential nuclear peptidylprolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase; EC 5.2.1.8) involved in regulation of mitosis. PIN1 belongs to a class of PPIases that includes the E. coli parvulin, yeast Ess1, and Drosophila dodo (dod) gene products (Lu et al., 1996 [PubMed 8606777]).[supplied by OMIM
