In vitro-transcribed (IVT) mRNA consists of five sections. Each of the sections can be modified to enhance translation efficiency, increase stability, and regulate immunogenicity. The previous issue focused on different capping methods. In this issue, we will discuss the best practices to armor up other sections. In the next issue, we will talk about the broad range of applications.
