Applications
Western Blot
Western blot analysis of rat brain (A), C6 (B), NIH3T3 (C), Hela (D) whole cell lysates with p16 ARC recombinant monoclonal antibody (Cat # RAB02446).Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Immunohistochemical analysis of human cholangiocarcinoma formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section using p16 ARC recombinant monoclonal antibody (Cat # RAB02446). The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.43). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.Immunoprecipitation

HyperlinkGene Summary
This gene encodes one of seven subunits of the human Arp2/3 protein complex. The Arp2/3 protein complex has been implicated in the control of actin polymerization in cells and has been conserved through evolution. The exact role of the protein encoded by this gene, the p16 subunit, has yet to be determined. [provided by RefSeq
