Payment is due in 30 days. All orders are subject to final acceptance by Abnova at the prices according to purchase order.

Abnova products are intended for limited research use only and are not to be used for any other purposes including, but not limited to, unauthorized commercial purposes, in vitro diagnostic purposes, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic purposes, investigational use, in foods, drugs, devices or cosmetics of any kind, or for consumption by or use in connection with or administration or application to humans or animals.

Customer acknowledges the uncertain nature of the product itself and the services that Abnova may provide. In the event that any product does not meet the performance standards stated in the product specification, if any, or Abnova fails to perform the service resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Abnova will refund customer the original price paid to Abnova. Customer shall not claim any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with Abnovas failure to provide the products or perform the services. Abnova shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use or the inability to use any product.
