Description Abnova’s Precipitor™ 32 Plus system is an automated magnetic bead platform for high throughput extraction, purification, and precipitation. Combining 96 deep well plate with conjugated magnetic beads, Precipitor™ 32 Plus easily handles 32 different assays simultaneously by transferring beads from one well to the next for mixing, binding, washing, and elution reactions via the robotic action of parallel magnetic rods. Precipitor™ 32 Plus simplifies the routine yet labor-intensive process and addresses the needs of rigorous proteomic screening and biomarker discovery applications such as nucleic acid extraction, recombinant protein purification, immunoprecipitation (IP, ChIP, RIP), and protein-protein interaction. Precipitor™ 32 Plus delivers reproducible and consistent results by obviating the drawbacks of manual operation.
