FluoTag-X4 anti-RFP two single-domain antibodies (sdAbs, also known as nanobodies) raised against the most common red fluorescent proteins.
Host:
Camelid
Specificity:
Recognizes mRFP (red fluorescent protein) and other derivatives like mOrange, dsRed1, dsRED2, tdTomato, mCherry and mScarlet-i.
Form:
Lyophilized
Conjugation:
AZDye 568 Two fluorophores of FluoTag-X4 series are site-specifically coupled to each individual FluoTag molecule.
Concentration:
5 uM
Recommend Usage:
Immunofluorescence (1:500) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage Buffer:
Lyophilized from 200 uL PBS containing 2.5 uM fluorescently labeled clone 1H1 and 1B2 (total concentration of fluorescently labeled sdAbs: 5 uM). Reconstitute with 200 uL 50% glycerol.
Storage Instruction:
Store at -20°C. For long term storage store at -80°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Note:
It is selected from the alpaca in vitro synthetic gene library, produced by phage display derived recombinant antibodies.
