Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of NANOG polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1887) in HeLa cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). NANOG (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody.
Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
Western blot analysis of NANOG (arrow) using NANOG polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1887). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the NANOG gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with NANOG polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1887) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Immunofluorescence
Immunofluorescence analysis of NANOG polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1887) in HeLa cells. Primary antibody was followed by Alexa-Fluor-546-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit lgG (H+L). Alexa-Fluor-546 emits orange fluorescence. Blue counterstaining is DAPI.
Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells using NANOG polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1887)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).
FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
