Activity:
Specific activity is > 40 unit/mg, and is defined as the amount of enzyme that convert 1 umole of L-Alanine to L-Glutamate per minute at pH 7.5 at 37°C.
Quality Control Testing:
3 ug by SDS-PAGE under reducing condition and visualized by Coomassie blue stain.
Storage Buffer:
In Phosphate-Buffer Saline pH 7.4 (10% glycerol, 1 mM DTT)
Storage Instruction:
Store at 2°C to 8°C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
