  • ELISA Plot : cAMP immorbolized onto plates, followed by addition of stand cAMP. The cAMP monoclonal antibody, clone ABM486 (Cat # MAB2548) was added subsequentially, and visiualized by chromatogenic substrate. Each samples were triplicated. IC50 was then calculated.
