Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of AGR2 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4865) in NCI-H460 cell lysate (35 ug/lane). AGR2 (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 60 dilution).

This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
