Transient overexpression cell lysate was tested with Anti-ACTB antibody (H00000060-M01) by Western Blots. SDS-PAGE Gel
ACTB transfected lysate Western Blot
Lane 1: ACTB transfected lysate ( 42 KDa). Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate.
Use it directly for immuno-precipitation, or heat lysate with SDS gel loading buffer to 95°C for 5 minutes followed by rapid cooling for western blot application. If dissociating conditions are required, add reducing agent prior to heating.
In modified RIPA Lysis Buffer.
Store at -80°C. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
This gene encodes one of six different actin proteins. Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in cell motility, structure, and integrity. This actin is a major constituent of the contractile apparatus and one of the two nonmuscle cytoskeletal actins. [provided by RefSeq
