This antibody pair set comes with matched antibody pair to detect and quantify protein level of human AHSG.
Quality Control Testing:
Standard curve using recombinant protein ( H00000197-P01 ) as an analyte.
Sandwich ELISA detection sensitivity ranging from 3 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml.
Antibody pair set content: 1. Capture antibody: mouse monoclonal anti-AHSG (100 ug) 2. Detection antibody: biotinylated mouse monoclonal anti-AHSG, IgG1 Kappa (50 ug) *Reagents are sufficient for at least 3-5 x 96 well plates using recommended protocols.
Store reagents of the antibody pair set at -20°C or lower. Please aliquot to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycle. Reagents should be returned to -20°C storage immediately after use.
Standard curve using 293T overexpression lysate (non-denatured) as an analyte. Sandwich ELISA detection sensitivity ranging from approximately 729x to 3x dilution of the 293T overexpression lysate (non-denatured).
Alpha2-HS glycoprotein (AHSG), a glycoprotein present in the serum, is synthesized by hepatocytes. The AHSG molecule consists of two polypeptide chains, which are both cleaved from a proprotein encoded from a single mRNA. It is involved in several functions, such as endocytosis, brain development and the formation of bone tissue. The protein is commonly present in the cortical plate of the immature cerebral cortex and bone marrow hemopoietic matrix, and it has therefore been postulated that it participates in the development of the tissues. However, its exact significance is still obscure. [provided by RefSeq
