This antibody was produced from a mouse hybridoma (clone# H21-5) elicited from a mouse immunized with a polypeptide containing the N-terminus 6 x histidine tag. The lgG fraction of ascites fluid was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Storage Instruction
Store at -20°C on dry atmosphere.
Keep the vial on ice prior to restoration. For preparing a 1 mg/mL stock solution, reconstitute the antibody by addition of 100 uL of 50% glycerol, mix gently and let it stand for 5 min on ice. Using deionized water instead of 50% glycerol may be good, but for extended storage, 50% glycerol is recommended. For an optimal storage, aliquot into small portions and store at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. -
