After reconstitution with deionized water, store at -20°C or lower.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.Note
Dissolve the lyophilized peptide in 250 μL pure water to get a 100x stock solution. This peptide will not efficiently elute ALFA-tagged proteins from the ALFA Selector ST.
Every unit of ALFA Selector PE comes with a 1 mg lyophilized peptide (sufficient for 2.5 mL elution buffer) -
