Amount: 10 mg, lyophilized. Albumin was added for stabilization.
Remarks: This elution peptide consists of the synthetic ALFA-Tag (SRLEEELRRRLTE). It can be used for the elution of ALFA-tagged proteins bound to ALFA Selector PE resins under native conditions.
*ALFA Peptide should be stored at -20°C when still lyophilized!Storage Buffer

ALFA Selector PE is covalently immobilized on 4% cross-linked agarose beads. It is optimized for an efficient competitive elution under physiological conditions using ALFA elution peptide and compatible not only with physiological buffers but also with high stringency buffers. It thus provides great freedom to adjust the binding and washing conditions to the experimental needs.
It is selected from the alpaca in vitro synthetic gene library, produced by phage display derived recombinant antibodies. -
