Fluorescence Dye 594-I with Phalloidin conjugate. Biomolecules conjugated to Fluorescence Dye 594-I exhibit little spectral overlap with green-fluorescent conjugates, and can be efficiently excited by 568nm line of Ar-Kr laser and by the 594nm line of orange He-Ne laser.
