Immunofluorescence
Immunofluorescenct staining of mouse splenocytes with Tnfsf18 recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone YGL386 (Cat # RAB03489).
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde mouse splenocytes fixed on Shi-fix™ coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric r version of RAB03489 at 10 ug/mL for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/mL), showing membrane and some cytoplasmic staining in a subset of cells. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
