Immunoprecipitation
Immunoprecipation results using western blot analysis. 293 cells were transfected with pSRa-VAV2 driving expression of human VAV2. DPH antiserum (Lane 1) or DPH-VAV2 antibody (Lane 2) were used to immunoprecipitate VAV2 from 300 ugprotein lysates. Each lane was loaded with 75 ug/mL the immunoprecipitated proteins.
