Applications
Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
Western blot of rat testis lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~46k EphrinB phosphorylated at Tyr298 (Control, lane 1). The phosphospecificity of this labeling is shown in the second lane (lambda-phosphatase: lambda-Ptase, lane 2). The blot is identical to the control except that it was incubated in lambda-Ptase (1200 units for 30 min) before being exposed to the EphrinB (phospho Y298) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB9690). The immunolabeling of the EphrinB band is completely eliminated by treatment with lambda-Ptase. -
