Applications
Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
Western blot of rat cortex lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~60k~62k Syt1 S309 phosphorylated at Ser309 (Control). The phosphospecificity of this labeling is shown in the second lane (lambda-phosphatase: lambda-Ptase). The blot is identical to the control except that it was incubated in lambda-Ptase (1200 units for 30 min) before being exposed to the Syt1 (phospho S309) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB9648). The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with lambda-Ptase.Immunofluorescence
Syt1 (phospho S309) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB9648) and PSD-95 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB9623) double-label immunostaining of 14 DIV cortical neurons. -
