Purification

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by a delipidation and defibrination. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against sheep IgM and sheep serum.

Lyophilized from 20 mM potassium phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2 (0.01% (w/v) sodium azide)

Storage Instruction

Store at 4°C on dry atmosphere.
After reconstitution with 2 mL of deionized water, store at -20°C or lower.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
