Goat anti-chicken IgG recognizes chicken IgG whole molecule. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography.

No reaction was observed against anti-Papain or anti-goat IgG F(c).
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography, followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
In 20 mM KH2PO4, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2 (0.01% sodium azide)
