LEF1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB7001) (1 ug/mL) staining of Daudi cell lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.Immunofluorescence

It binds to a functionally important site in the T-cell receptor-alpha (TCRA; MIM 186880) enhancer and confers maximal enhancer activity.
