Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
FTCD polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB6664) (0.03 ug/mL) staining of human liver lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
