Product Description
Goat polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic peptide of NUP85.
Immunogen
A synthetic peptide corresponding to C-terminus of human NUP85.
Sequence
C-ARAIIREGSLEGS
Host
Goat
Theoretical MW (kDa)
75
Reactivity
Human
Specificity
In contrast to other anti-Pericentrin antibodies available, this antibody is NOT expected to recognize Kendrin (also known as Pericentrin 2). This may explain why it recognizes a 75 KDa band (the expected size according to NP_079120) and not a 220 KDa band (as reported for other anti-pericentrin antibodies).
Form
Liquid
Purification
Antigen affinity purification
Concentration
0.5 mg/mL
Recommend Usage
ELISA (1:32000)
Western Blot (1-3 ug/mL)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.Storage Buffer
In Tris saline, pH 7.3 (0.5% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide)
Storage Instruction
Store at -20°C.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.Note
