Applications
Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of ST13 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4827) pre-incubated with (Lane 2) and without (Lane 1) blocking peptide in A2058 cell lysate. ST13 (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 240 dilution) .Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma tissue reacted with ST13 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4827) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay

HyperlinkGene Summary
The protein encoded by this gene is an adaptor protein that mediates the association of the heat shock proteins HSP70 and HSP90. This protein has been shown to be involved in the assembly process of glucocorticoid receptor, which requires the assistance of multiple molecular chaperones. The expression of this gene is reported to be downregulated in colorectal carcinoma tissue suggesting that is a candidate tumor suppressor gene. [provided by RefSeq
