Western blot analysis of PRKD1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4541) in mouse kidney lysate . PRKD1 (arrow) was detected using purified PRKD1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4541) . Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence .Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with PRKD1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB4541) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining .
