Western blot analysis of USP1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3912) in HepG2 cell line lysate (35 ug/lane). USP1 (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1:1000 dilution).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with USP1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3912) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma.

This protein is located in the cytoplasm and cleaves the ubiquitin moiety from ubiquitin-fused precursors and ubiquitinylated proteins.
